Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

- Standard Shipping (5-10 business days) – USPS
Tracking & Lost Packages
- Tracking is provided for most shipments. Customers will receive tracking information via email once the order ships.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect book, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
- We will offer a replacement (if available), refund, or store credit as applicable.
Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Books must be returned in the same condition they were sent.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
